Yrysbai Dzholdubaevich Dzholdubaev was born on November 22, 1944 in the village. Eshme village Katta-Taldyk, Karasu district, Osh region. After school, he entered the KSMI Faculty of Dentistry (1963), graduating in 1968.
After graduation, he worked as a phthisiatrician at the Karasu District Hospital (1969-1972), and as the chief physician at the Karasu Tuberculosis Dispensary (1972-1976).
Then he decided to go into science and came to Frunze, where he was accepted as a junior researcher in the laboratory of immunology and functional diagnostics of the Tuberculosis Research Institute. For three postgraduate years (1976-1979), he completed his PhD thesis under the guidance of Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor V.L. Morozov, and in 1981 he successfully defended his PhD thesis in Alma-Ata on the topic: “Immunological characteristics of the processes of specific hyposensitization in tuberculosis.”
After that, from 1979 to 1986. is an assistant at the Department of Phthisiology at KSMA. Moreover, from 1982 to 1984 he was on a business trip to the People's Democratic Republic of Yemen, assisting the republican authorities there in solving problems related to healthcare.
In 1986-1988 Ph.D. Dzholdubaev I.J. becomes Deputy Director for Science of the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Tuberculosis. When this institution, together with two others, is combined into a single Kyrgyz Research Institute of Ecology and Infectious Diseases, Yrysbai Dzholdubaevich gets the position of deputy. director of clinical work.
Moreover, in 1992 Dzholdubaev Y.J. in St. Petersburg (Leningrad) at the All-Union Research Institute of Pulmonology, he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic “Clinical and epidemiological characteristics of chronic bronchitis in high altitude conditions” (scientific consultant - Professor V.V. Polyakov).
In 1992-1993 he is the chairman of the State Concern “Kyrgyzfarmindustriya”, in 1993-1996. – Deputy Minister of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996-1997. – Expert on health care reform at the WHO Ankara Regional Office.
Returning to Kyrgyzstan, Yrysbai Dzholdubaevich continues his professional path in Osh, where in 1998-2001. Head of the Department of Internal Medicine No. 2 of the Faculty of Medicine of Osh State University, and in 2002-2006 he worked first as dean, then as director of the Medical Institute of this university.
I remember that in those years I came to Osh a couple of times for a meeting and was impressed by the great work our colleague did to transform the medical faculty into an institute and create the proper conditions for organizing the educational process.
And in 2004 he received a diploma as a professor at the Higher Attestation Commission of Kyrgyzstan.
From 2007 to the present, Professor Dzholdubaev I.J. Head of the Department of Internal Medicine with a course in Family Medicine.
During his career, he repeatedly went on business trips and training in countries such as Germany, the USA, France, Denmark, Austria, England, India, China, Pakistan and, as already mentioned, two years in two countries: Yemen and Turkey - as a WHO expert on health reform.
He has a number of government awards: Certificate of Honor from the Economic Adviser at the Embassy of the USSR in the People's Democratic Republic of Yemen and the Ministry of Health of the People's Democratic Republic of Yemen, the badge “Excellence in Health Care of the Kyrgyz Republic”, Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic and the medal “1000 years of the epic “Manas””, “Diploma of the Kyrgyz Republic".
